Jolie was an amazing employee. I went in to get two piercings and she was very friendly and knowledgeable. Their customer service is also top tier. She will offer to share her social media and follow up to make sure the healing process goes smoothly. 10/10 recommend

My experience at Blacc thumb was great. I went in for a consultation and left out with a new tattoo literally in under a hour. My tattoo artist was Bobby and he was great. He was really kind and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely go back.

It’s a big happy family in there! It took me a moment to warm up since I stumbled in this location right after dinner at Natty’s and a quick visit into the thrift store next door. If I wasn’t looking up, I would’ve missed it. A couple other artists were with customers when I entered. I was directed to the front desk staff for check in and then paired with the artist and piercer, Bobby. He came to sit with me and chat about my idea. Making me feel welcome and relaxed in a new environment. They have a lounge area located in the rear of the shop and that is where we discussed my tattoo as he drew it out in his tablet. Afterwards he confirmed the piece would fit on my hand and directed me to his chair. Once seated at his station, he went over everything clearly, and showed me all of the tools he was opening and using. He cleaned throughout the process, from beginning to the end of service. The session was about half an hour or 2. Bobby and I chat throughout the process. He and a few of the other artists often engaged in conversation. I enjoyed the light feel of the place and the art displayed. I would return to Bobby for his work and possibly inquire about some of the other artists as well. I didn’t require too much aftercare info, as I’ve a few tattoos but he still went over everything before I left and made sure I was happy.

Have gotten pierced by Zaida multiple times and she's awesome. Considerate, listens to my opinions and has answered all my questions even after our appointments. I got tattooed by Maris and she was so sweet and nice and made me feel comfortable for my first tattoo and did amazing. Absolutely recommend them and Blacc Thumb Tattoo, everyone in there is so nice.
